Community Outreach  --  WHO ARE WE?

Community Outreach is PTA committee comprised of a chairperson(s) and a large network of volunteers connected by e-mail.  Our objective is to provide new or gently used clothing, personal hygiene products, snacks, and school supplies for any District 41 student who is in need.  We also support Glen Ellyn Juniors in providing holiday baskets.

 Community Outreach is now established at all four elementary schools and Hadley Junior High.  Each school has a chairperson(s) and a network of volunteers.  There is a schedule in which each school supports the District needs for specific months.  Hadley, along with Forest Glen, will be sharing responsibility for the months of December and January. 

 Over 90 Hadley students directly benefit from Community Outreach by receiving snacks, school supplies, or a winter coat.  Many more can benefit from our assistance.  How can you help?  You can join our e-mail list or make a donation. We rely on collecting donations through an established network of parent volunteers.
